Guided Go-Live Program

Enterprise AI Agents, Live in 1 to 4 Weeks

Most AI vendors hand you a login and a help doc, then call it onboarding. Robofy runs a structured deployment program instead. Agent setup, custom integration, UAT testing, and team handoff are managed by a named project team until your agent is live and your staff trust it.

No DIY setup. No guesswork. A fixed schedule with a go-live date.

Guided Go-Live Program

Live in 1-4 Weeks. Guaranteed.

Every Robofy enterprise customer gets a structured 4 weeks launch program - agent setup, knowledge base configuration, UAT testing, and team handoff included.

Why Rollouts Stall

Buying the Software Was Never the Hard Part

Enterprise AI projects rarely fail on model quality. They fail on ownership, integration, and the months between signature and something your customers actually use.

Nobody Owns the Rollout

Access is granted, a help centre link is shared, and the project quietly becomes your team's problem on top of their existing work.

Integration Waits on Engineering

The agent can answer questions but cannot check an order or book a slot, because connecting it sits in an engineering backlog behind everything else.

Pilots That Never End

A demo impresses the room, then the pilot runs for months without agreed success criteria and without a date for a full launch.

Staff Never Trust It

Teams are handed a tool they did not test and cannot correct, so they route around it and the deflection you paid for never arrives.

The Full Process

From Kickoff to Go Live - Without Engineering Sprints

Four phases, a fixed schedule, and a named project team accountable for the go-live date.

1

Discovery & Scoping

Week 1. We map the use cases that matter, agree success metrics, confirm which systems the agent connects to, and lock the go-live date in writing.

2

Development & Integration

Weeks 1 to 2. We build the knowledge base from your content, configure escalation and routing rules, and connect your booking system, CRM, or internal APIs.

3

Testing & UAT

Week 3. Your team runs user acceptance testing against a guided checklist. You see exactly what the agent will say, and corrections are applied before launch.

4

Go Live & Handoff

Week 4. The agent launches on your website and WhatsApp. Staff training, admin handover, and reporting walkthrough are completed as part of launch.

Included in Every Rollout

Three Things You Do Not Have to Staff For

Enterprise pricing covers the work, not only the licence.

Custom Integration

We connect the agent to the systems your business already runs on, including booking platforms, CRMs, ticketing tools, order management, and internal APIs. The agent takes action rather than only answering, and your developers keep their roadmap.

Dedicated AI Expertise

A named AI specialist owns agent behaviour, knowledge base quality, tone, and escalation rules. They tune the agent against your real conversations instead of leaving prompt engineering to your marketing team.

Project Management Oversight

A named project manager runs the schedule, weekly checkpoints, and the go-live checklist. You get one accountable contact and a status you can report upward, not a ticket queue.

Built for Scale

What Enterprise Teams Ask For Before They Sign

The requirements that come up in every procurement and security review.

Multi-Location Knowledge Every outlet, branch, or business unit gets its own hours, pricing, policies, and contacts, served from one agent.
Routing and Human Handoff Escalations reach the right team at the right location with full conversation context already attached.
Multilingual Coverage Customers are answered in the language they write in, with consistent policy answers across every market.
Reporting and Analytics Track deflection, containment, escalation reasons, and unanswered questions so the agent improves against evidence.
Security and PII Handling Documented data handling, signed DPA, GDPR aligned processing, and a published sub-processor list.
Website and WhatsApp One agent and one knowledge base across both channels, so answers never drift between them.

A Go-Live Date, Not an Open-Ended Project

Bring us your use cases and your systems. We will scope the rollout and commit to the date.

FAQ

Everything you need to know

Common questions from enterprise teams evaluating a rollout.

How long does an enterprise rollout actually take?

Most enterprise deployments go live within 1 to 4 weeks. Development runs through weeks 1 and 2, testing and UAT happen in week 3, and go-live with team handoff lands in week 4. Rollouts involving several custom integrations or a large multi-location knowledge base can extend beyond that, and we confirm the timeline in writing during discovery rather than after you sign.

How much work does my team have to do?

Far less than a DIY platform. Robofy handles agent setup, knowledge base configuration, integration work, and test scripting. Your team supplies access to source content and systems, reviews the agent during UAT, and attends the training session before go-live. There is no requirement to run an engineering sprint or assign a developer for the duration of the project.

Can the agent connect to our existing systems?

Yes. Custom integration is part of every enterprise rollout. We connect to booking systems, CRMs, ticketing tools, order management platforms, and internal APIs so the agent can take action rather than only answer questions. Integration scope is agreed during discovery in week 1.

Who owns the project on the Robofy side?

Every enterprise account gets a named project manager and a dedicated AI specialist. The project manager runs the schedule, the weekly checkpoints, and the go-live checklist. The AI specialist handles agent behaviour, knowledge base quality, and escalation rules. You are not routed through a general support queue during the rollout.

What happens after we go live?

Your team receives handoff documentation, admin training, and a reporting walkthrough. After launch you keep a direct support channel for tuning the agent, updating the knowledge base, and adding new use cases. Ongoing knowledge base updates do not require a new project.

How is our data handled?

Robofy operates under a signed DPA and is GDPR aligned, with documented sub-processors and PII handling practices. Enterprise customers can review our security and data handling documentation before any content is shared, and data residency requirements are confirmed during discovery.

Can we run a pilot on a single location first?

Yes, and it is a common starting point for multi-location brands. We deploy to one outlet or one business unit, measure deflection and containment against agreed benchmarks, then use the same configuration as the template for the wider rollout so later locations launch faster.
