About this Policy

This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the Robofy AI Chatbot services ("Services") provided by Sprouto InfoSolutions Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that all users have fair and equitable access to the Services, and to maintain the integrity, performance, and reliability of our systems.

02 - Usage Limits

Usage Limits

We use the term "Unlimited" in our pricing plans to signify that we do not impose arbitrary restrictions on the use of the service. However, to maintain the integrity, performance, and reliability of our system, and to ensure equitable access for all users, certain rate-limiting measures are necessary.

Messages per Minute and Day: Each account is permitted to send no more than 30 messages per minute and no more than 5,000 messages per day. These limits are generally adequate for the majority of our customers' needs.

Should you find these restrictions insufficient for your specific requirements, please contact us at hi@robofy.ai with details of the use case requiring increased throughput. We will evaluate your request at our sole discretion and may choose to adjust the quota accordingly, subject to such terms and conditions as we deem appropriate.

Any use exceeding these limits may be rate-limited and will require use-case approval before we increase the quota.

Prohibited Activities

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  1. Automated or non-human interactions that exceed the stated usage limits.
  2. Actions that interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance or functionality of the Services.
  3. Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercialising the Services without our express written consent.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with this Policy. If we detect usage that we believe violates this Policy, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including:

  1. Temporarily suspending or limiting access to the Services.
  2. Terminating the user's account.
  3. Issuing a formal warning.
