This Customer Agreement is an agreement between you (the Customer, User of this site) and robofy.ai (Site, App, We, Us) that states the terms and conditions under which you may use the site and receive Robofy services.
These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are effective upon acceptance at registration for new users, and are otherwise effective from Jan 12, 2026 for all users. By registering or signing up on the website you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register for or use robofy.ai.
If you are under 18, you may use robofy.ai only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Use of the Robofy.ai Site
Purchase of the software is not free of charge. You are not allowed to bypass the registration process or access the system without purchasing a software licence. Robofy does not charge any fee for browsing the website.
Robofy may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all existing services offered on the website. In such an event, Robofy reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services, or amend and introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be.
Non-Payment
Robofy.ai reserves the right to issue a warning, temporarily or indefinitely suspend, or terminate your membership and refuse access to the website in case of non-payment of fees. Robofy also reserves the right to take legal action in the case of non-payment. You shall not attempt to circumvent or manipulate the billing process or any fees owed to Robofy.
Your Account
You agree to provide Robofy with accurate and complete information as required by registration for the Robofy service, including but not limited to your legal name, billing and shipping addresses, and telephone or mobile number. You will remain liable for any use of the Robofy service until you notify Robofy of any unauthorised use, loss, or theft.
Usage of the Email of the User
Robofy may send order confirmations and updates on order status and any further order information via the email address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. The customer hereby unconditionally consents to such communication by Robofy in accordance with the applicable guidelines of the relevant authority in the respective country.
Arbitration
If any dispute arises between you and Robofy during or after your use of the website, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation, or alleged breach of any provision of the Customer Agreement, the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by Robofy.
All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Robofy and its associates harmless from any claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising in connection with a violation of this Agreement by you or through use of your account. The limitations and exclusions in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
