For marketing and support teams sending to a list they already own, on the official WhatsApp Business API rather than a personal phone.
Hi Sarah! 👋 Our new collection is live. Get 20% off this week only!
Shop NowOne approved message template, sent to a whole audience at once and personalised per recipient on the official WhatsApp Business API, so customers do not need to have saved your number and you are not limited to a small list on a phone.
Compose the message, pick who gets it, then send and track delivery: the same flow every time, with checks before anything goes out.
The campaign builder only shows Meta-approved templates, searchable by name and category. Pick one, preview it with media headers included, and never build around a template that would be rejected at send time.
Start FreeUp to 40,000 contacts in a single campaign, whichever way you pick them.
One click sends to everyone in the project’s contacts. Best for announcements that genuinely apply to all of them.
Target one of your existing contact groups. The member count shows as you select, so you know the reach before you commit to a template.
Drop in a CSV or Excel file for a one-off send. Those contacts are used for this campaign, then removed.
Drop in a one-off audience, map variables from your data, and send personalised WhatsApp messages without saving thousands of contacts you will never message again.
Every template variable maps to a contact field or fixed text, and a fallback is mandatory on every contact field.
First name, last name, email, phone number, country, city, state, address, zipcode, birth date and anniversary date. Any of them can fill any variable in the template.
Map a variable to a contact field and Robofy requires a fallback value for when that field is empty. The campaign will not save without one, so a missing first name becomes “there” rather than a blank.
Four counters on the campaign, and a line for every single recipient.

Failure reasons come back per recipient, so an invalid number is distinguishable from a template or policy problem and you can fix the list at source.
Broadcasting on WhatsApp only stays viable if people can leave easily.
Official API campaigns deliver to opted-in contacts whether or not they have you in their address book, so your list is not capped by a phone’s broadcast limit.
Messages land in the primary chat thread people already check.
98% open rates typicalOne campaign can cover opted-in contacts across countries and time zones.
Up to 40,000 per sendApproved templates can carry image, video or document headers.
Delivery, read and failure reporting comes back per recipient.

Announce new collections, recover abandoned carts, and push limited-time offers with personalised templates that feel one-to-one at scale.
The free app is built for one-to-one conversations. Broadcasting at scale is a different job.

The real behaviour, including the limits.
40,000 contacts per campaign, checked before sending. Larger audiences are blocked with the group name and its size.
Immediate. There is no scheduling, and a send cannot be undone once confirmed, so the review step shows the exact recipient count first.
Campaigns targeting all contacts or a saved group can be saved as drafts and edited. Uploaded audiences cannot.
Draft, sending, complete and cancelled, filterable in the campaign list alongside owner, template and target.
CSV and XLSX, with column mapping, duplicate detection and an identifier check on phone or email.
Per-recipient delivery log with status, timestamp and failure reason, paginated in the UI and exportable to Excel.
The questions buyers and technical evaluators actually ask.
Up to 40,000 in a single campaign. If the audience you pick is larger, Robofy stops you before anything sends and tells you which group is oversized and how many members it has, so you can split it into smaller groups rather than discovering the problem halfway through a send.
Not today. Sending is immediate: you review the audience and the template on the final step, confirm, and the messages queue straight away. That also means a send cannot be undone once confirmed, which is why the review step shows the exact recipient count before you commit.
Only templates Meta has already approved. The picker filters to approved templates automatically and shows a live preview of the one you select, so you never build a campaign around a template that will be rejected at send time.
Each variable in your template is mapped either to a contact field or to a fixed piece of text. Eleven contact fields are available, including first name, city, birth date and anniversary date. Every contact-field mapping requires a fallback value, and Robofy will not let you save the campaign without one.
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file for that campaign only. You map the columns to contact fields, tell Robofy whether the country code sits in the phone column or a separate one, and it reports how many rows were inserted, already existed, were duplicates or failed validation. Uploaded audiences must be sent immediately, and cannot be saved as a draft or edited later.
Four live counters on the campaign itself for sent, delivered, read and failed, plus a per-recipient delivery log showing each number, its status, when it was delivered, and the reason for any failure. The whole log exports to Excel.
Contacts carry a subscribed or unsubscribed status. You set which status new contacts get on import, and you define your own opt-out and opt-in keywords, so a contact replying with any of those words is switched over automatically. Keyword matching is case-insensitive.
Yes, when the approved template has a media header. You either upload the file or paste a publicly reachable URL, and the preview shows what recipients will see before you send.
They are counted in the failed total and listed individually in the delivery log with the reason returned for that recipient, so you can tell an invalid number apart from a template or policy problem and fix the underlying list.
Reach more customers, drive sales and build stronger relationships with Robofy.
