Landbot is a builder for chat flows. You design a lead form, a booking journey or a WhatsApp bot step by step, and you can add AI answers on top. That shapes the pricing: you pay for chats, and AI chats are counted separately.
We read the prices below on Landbot’s pricing page on 28 October 2026. They are in euros and Landbot can change them, so check landbot.io before you buy. Robofy competes with Landbot, and we publish this page, so weigh what we say about the comparison accordingly.
The plans
Annual billing takes about 20% off. Starter, Professional and Professional WA come with a 14-day trial that needs no card. When it ends, the account drops to the Free plan.

The Free plan has the full builder but no AI. Landbot’s branding stays on Free and Starter, and removing it starts at Professional.
What changes the bill
Chats past your allowance cost €0.05 each on Starter and Professional, sold in packs of 500 for €25. AI chats past the allowance cost €0.10 each. Landbot sends an alert at 80% and again at 90% of your chats, which is useful, since a busy site can use 500 chats faster than you expect.
WhatsApp on your own number is not part of Starter. On Professional it is an extra €100 a month. The Professional WA plan includes one number, but Meta’s message fees apply, plus €0.05 for each marketing, utility or authentication message. A Professional plan with WhatsApp on monthly billing is therefore €200 a month before Meta’s fees.
Who it suits
Landbot is a good fit if you want to design a conversation yourself, step by step, such as qualifying a lead or walking someone through a booking. The Free plan is enough to try the builder properly. Teams that already run WhatsApp campaigns will also find the WhatsApp plan convenient.
It is less obviously a fit for an agency that wants to resell chatbots under its own brand. The pricing page does not describe a white label or reseller option, and it does not use the term. If you need one, ask Landbot directly.
How Robofy compares
Robofy takes a different approach. Instead of drawing flows, you point an AI agent at a website and documents, and it answers from them. Plans are in US dollars: Starter is $40 a month ($320 a year), Pro is $99 ($799 a year) and Enterprise is $399 ($3,199 a year). Plans include AI credits. An AI message uses 60, and extra credits cost $1 per 10,000. WhatsApp integration is included on every plan, and Meta bills WhatsApp messaging separately. The entry prices look similar, €40 against $40. What differs is what that money buys. Landbot’s Starter gives you 500 chats and 100 AI chats a month. Robofy’s Starter gives 60,000 credits, which covers about 1,000 AI messages, though the exact figure depends on the AI model. For resellers, Robofy has a white label reseller program from $799 a year with 10 client licenses.
