Tidio combines live chat, a chatbot builder and an AI agent called Lyro. You pay for conversations, and the AI is sold on its own allowance.
These figures come from Tidio’s pricing page, read on 28 October 2026. The page shows one price per plan and does not say which billing toggle it reflects. The numbers look like annual-billing prices, so check the monthly and yearly toggle at checkout. The details are on tidio.com. Robofy competes with Tidio and published this page, so keep that in mind.
Plans
| Plan | Price shown | Billable conversations | Lyro AI conversations |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 50 | 50, once, for the life of the account |
| Starter | $24.17 a month | 100 | 50, one-off |
| Growth | From $49.17 a month | From 250, up to 2,000 | Monthly limit from 50 to 1,000 |
| Plus | From $300 a month plus usage | Custom | Custom |
| Premium | Contact Tidio | Custom | From 3,000 |
Every plan except the custom ones lists 10 seats. The Free plan includes live chat, ticketing and basic analytics, which makes it a fair way to see if the interface suits you.
The part to read twice
On Starter, the 50 Lyro AI conversations are a one-off, not a monthly allowance. If the AI is why you are looking at Tidio, note that, because the plan that gives you a monthly AI allowance is Growth, where the limit can be raised in steps from 50 to 1,000.
Other costs are listed on the page. Removing Tidio’s branding is an add-on at $16.67 a month on Growth. Lyro as a stand-alone product starts at $32.50 a month for 50 AI conversations and comes with a 7-day trial. Flows, Tidio’s automations, start at $24.17 a month for 2,000 visitors reached. On Premium, the page says AI is billed per resolution, but it gives no rate.
Since price follows the volume you choose, work out your own numbers before you trust the starting price.
Who it suits
A small online shop that wants live chat, a few automations and an AI helper in one place will find Tidio sensible. So will anyone who wants to start free and upgrade when the conversations justify it.
It suits agencies less. We did not see a white label or reseller option on the pricing page, and Starter’s 100 conversations run out quickly on a busy site.
How Robofy compares
Robofy is built around AI agents, not around live chat. Starter is $40 a month ($320 a year), Pro is $99 ($799 a year) and Enterprise is $399 ($3,199 a year). Starter includes 60,000 credits, about 1,000 AI messages a month, though the exact number depends on the AI model. An AI message uses 60 credits and extra credits cost $1 per 10,000. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, and the pricing page lists what each plan includes.
Tidio’s entry plan is cheaper, but it comes with 100 conversations and a one-off AI allowance. If answering questions with AI is the main job, compare the monthly AI volume you actually need, not the headline price. For agencies, the Robofy reseller program starts at $799 a year with 10 client licenses.
