Sub-Processors
At Robofy.ai, we take security and compliance seriously. As part of being transparent
with our customers, we maintain a list of the third-party providers ("sub-processors")
that help us deliver, store, and monitor our services.
Each provider is carefully vetted for security, compliance, and reliability. We use only
what is necessary — nothing more.
Infrastructure and Hosting
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Role: Primary cloud provider.
Services: Lambda, API Gateway, App Runner, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch,
Route 53, SQS, Secrets Manager, KMS.
Region: EU-West (Ireland) by default, with region-specific deployments as
needed.

Role: Frontend hosting and deployment platform.
Services: Marketing site (Robofy.ai) and dashboard (app.Robofy.ai).
Messaging and Communication
- WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta Platforms Inc.)
Role: WhatsApp messaging delivery.
Services: Sending and receiving WhatsApp messages, delivery and read receipts.
- Amazon Simple Email Service (SES)
Role: Transactional email delivery.
Services: Email for sign-up verification, alerts, and system notifications.
- Google Workspace
Role: Internal and external communication.
Services: Email communication (hi@Robofy.ai), document sharing, and
collaboration.
Monitoring and Analytics
- AWS CloudWatch
Role: System monitoring and alerting.
Services: Infrastructure metrics, error tracking, and alarms.
- Metabase
Role: Product analytics.
Services: Internal dashboards for product usage metrics.
- Google Analytics
Role: Website analytics (cookie-consent based).
Services: Tracking site traffic and engagement patterns.
- PostHog
Role: Web and product analytics.
Services: Event tracking, funnels, and usage analytics across our marketing
site and product (cookie-consent based).
- Google Search Console
Role: Website performance analytics (cookie-consent based).
Services: Monitoring search visibility and indexing.

Google under a Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

We update this page whenever we add or replace a sub-processor. Customers who require
notifications of such changes can subscribe to updates through their account dashboard.
Our commitment: every sub-processor we use must meet strict security and compliance
requirements. Your data is only ever handled by providers we trust and continuously
